Pocket Invoice MCP connects AI assistants to a free invoicing service through the Model Context Protocol. Its hosted server uses Streamable HTTP, OAuth and company permissions; Codex has been tested. Assistants can work with clients, items, invoices, estimates, receipts and purchase orders and generate PDFs.
Sending is off by default and requires confirmation for each document. Payment tools only record payments: they do not charge cards, transfer funds or issue refunds. The MCP server and invoicing apps are free, with account document and storage quotas; external AI providers may charge for their own services.
For manual work, Pocket Invoice also provides web, iOS and Android apps with templates, multiple companies and PDF business documents. The guest web invoice generator works without registration.
